1. Try to identify what triggers stress for you
You might not be able to avoid these situations, but being prepared can help.
2. Organize your time based on your energy levels
Try to do only a little at a time. Take breaks and take things slowly. Break your steps into smaller, more manageable ones so you can archive them.
3. Communicate how you feel
If people make unreasonable demands of you, it's ok to tell them this and say "No"
4. Develop a hobby
It could be anything from watching a movie to playing video games and listening to music.
5. Workout & take care of your physical health
Take care of your physical health. This will increase your energy levels and confidence.
Sleep well and eat well.
6. Give yourself a break
Reward yourself for achievements and forgive yourself if things didn't go as planned.
Nobody is perfect. Putting extra pressure on yourself doesn't help.
