"Focus on being productive instead of busy."

1. Write it down

Maintain a To-Do List. Listing the things you should do will improve your focus and give you a sense of accomplishment when you take something off that list.

2. Stop multitasking

Multitasking is a productivity killer, it will switch your brain from one to another very quickly and lower the productivity rate. Focus on one thing at a time; give your 100% to it.

3. Minimize distractions

Turn those notifications off. Use do not disturb on your mobile.

4. Organize your workspace

It will increase your focus and minimize your distractions.

5. Track and limit your time spending

Track your time spent on tasks to optimize the time usage, especially for recurring tasks that you have to do repeatedly. Learn by yourself.
